KLM has just revived this service from AMS-Schiphol. CAS (Certified Air Snob)

Don’t know about Europe, but in the Pacific region it seems to be en vogue: Air New Zealand is offering it in New Zealand (at least they did in June when I was there last time) and last year I saw similar offers in Australia. Eckart
