Is it possible that you don’t understand what non-refundable means?  If that’s the case, you better get used to paying a whole lot more for your air travel.  After all, full fare tickets are usually fully refundable.

Isn’t that why travel insurance is a good idea? Its hardly a travel agents fault is it. They sold you the seat. Its hardly the airlines fault you didn’t make the flight either . Their seat would have been empty since you bought it. Of course if you bought a full price ticket then certain restrictions don’t apply

The problem with Shalom Travel became moot a couple of days ago. The owner of the firm was gunned down outside his travel agency. I guess he ripped of a person who was a lot angrier than I was. Too bad, now I definately will not get my refund.
