Does anyone know the policy for free upgrades to Swissair Travelclub members? I thought there was no such thing,, but was pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to business class on a recent flight from ZRH to TLV. Eric Zimmerman

Eric, if Swissair have to upgrade passengers to a higher class of service because the class they were originally booked in was full and they need to make room, they will usually upgrade Travel Club Members first. I assume that was the case this time. It
