Air Travel » Air Travel Deals » Denver-Toronto air fare ???
Question:
Hi there, maybe you can help me with my problem. I am looking for a price quote for the following trip: Denver – Toronto August 15 Toronto – Denver August 19 When checking the ‘Toronto Star’, I found that seats sell for as low as $210 + tax. However, when I called up a few travel agents I got prices around $700 which was attributed to the facts that: (a) I was looking for a flight originating in the USA; and (b) August is a more expensive time of the year for air travel. If you happen to live in Colorado, maybe you could send me a few quotes out of your Wednesday or Saturday newspaper. I still find it hard to believe that the $700 (Canadian, approx. $500 U.S.) are the best deals … my e-mail addresses are: thanks for your help and have a fun summer, Markus
Response:
I’m not sure what the prices are, but I know AC is the ONLY non stop from Toronto to Denver. Give them a call. I’m not sure what the toll free is from guelph. Actually check out their Home Page, this will give you their phone number. http://www.aircanada.ca – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – >Hi there, >maybe you can help me with my problem. No agent gets any special deal nor can the airline discriminate. The work to dig up the fare is appreciated by the users of this group however it would be better to mail the quote directly to the person who requests it. — Darren Downs Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration University of British Columbia Vancouver, B.C.
